Cultural programme in the newly refurbished St. Martin´s Cathedral
The parish of the Cathedral Eisenstadt looks to offer additional cultural highlights to the people in and around Eisenstadt and its many visitors from other parts of the world.
The parish now makes available contributions of students of this town and puts their work on display on the church premises for longer periods of time, so the public has access to these great creative works. The parish opened the "New Gallery in the Cathedral" close to the new vestry, the cathedral´s garden, the parish centre and the catholic social meeting centre, the Haus der Begegnung.
The project, an initiative started by Prof. Lukas Wessely, is supported by the Institute for Religious Education of the Diocese Eisenstadt and the Landesschulrat Burgenland.
